Description
1. NeoDen N10P P&P machine IC camera improves the size of IC photos and realizes automatic calibration with automatic nozzle change.
2. Automatic calibration of nozzle height.
3. Increase the convenience of recycling material by adding a throw box.
4. Abnormal air pressure triggers placement pause to prevent potential damage and waste of materials.
5. Measuring of nozzle air pressure to improve work stability and eliminate obstacles.
