In the production process of SMT assembly machine, the issue of changing tape&reel will certainly arise. If there is no strict tape&reel change process, it may lead to the mounting of the wrong material, resulting in fatal errors in the finished batch defects.
1. The equipment is not enough feed, the machine alarm, the operator according to the machine prompts to cancel the alarm.
2. The SMT operator conducted a check to find the location of the receiving tape&reel.
3. Remove the missing feeder and remove the used paper reel.
4. The SMT operator takes the material from the corresponding station on the material rack according to the station.
5. Operators use the station number table to check the removed materials and check whether the specifications and models are exactly the same. If there is any abnormality, retrieve the tape and reel again.
6. Operator checks the new pallet against the old pallet and checks that the specifications and models of the two pallets are exactly the same.
7. Operator checks whether its tape and reel description matches the pallet.
8. If there is any abnormality in the above check, the operator should notify the extension and the extension processing immediately.
9. Cut the material on the old and new pallets flat, take samples from the new pallet, and then park the material on the old and new pallets.
10. Take the newly loaded Feeder material, paste it on the material change record sheet, fill in the time of material change, operator and other related information.
11. The SMT Feeder will be loaded back to SMT assembly machine, you must fill out the replenishment record at once (including bulk material).
12. It operator will be material matching and testing notify IPCQC, must be a change and check the material.
13. IPQC according to the site number table to check whether the material is correct as well as the site is correct.
14. Before the start of production, has completed the above SMT assembly machine tape and reel change operation check.
