I. The maintenance of mechanical parts

If the wave soldering heating tube is used for too long, there is no maintenance and replacement of the heating tube, the heating temperature of the heating tube will be uneven, the heating tube will be aging, fracture, SMT reflow soldering furnace will affect the soldering effect of SMD components.DIP Wave soldering affects the effect of flux on the circuit board. Solder in the tin bath melting time is prolonged, the temperature is not uniform resulting in burst tin (because of melting tin burst in the chain and bearings, stuck), temperature control is not allowed and so on. This not only can not guarantee the quality, but also a waste of production time, increased machinery costs, labor costs and material costs.
III. The spraying part of the maintenance
If the wave soldering coating system in the long-term production process is not maintained, it will lead to photoelectric sensing failure, inaccurate PLC program control, synchronized with the track motor coating motor reader to identify inaccurate data, coating motor slows down. This failure will affect the flux spray uneven (uneven amount, may be early or delayed spray), nozzle clogging, insufficient pressure, flux reduction, flux moisture increase and other phenomena. It not only affects the quality after furnace, but also increases the maintenance personnel after furnace. How to control costs, how to extend the service life of machinery, how to talk about the utilization rate, are worth thinking about.
IV. The maintenance of electrical components
If the wave soldering equipment running too long without maintenance, repair or replacement of certain parts, electrical components, will produce an increase in the resistance of the wire edge, resulting in weak conductivity, poor contact and other issues. Turning on the power supply will result in a short circuit. This is when the current in the circuit increases exponentially and may burn out electrical components and meters. Not only will this cause serious electrical damage to machinery and equipment and delay production, but it will also cause unpredictable damage to the human body.
