What is the PCB design process?

1. Design preparation stage

Design specifications

Develop PCB design specifications and standards, including board thickness, levels, signal specifications, etc..

2. Circuit design stage

Draw circuit schematic

Draw circuit schematic according to product requirements, including component connection relationship and signal flow, etc..

Simulation analysis

use circuit simulation software to simulate and analyze circuit performance, and assess the feasibility and stability of the design scheme.

3. PCB layout stage

Layout planning

According to the circuit schematic diagram, plan the layout location of the components on the circuit board, taking into account the length of the signal lines, power lines, heat dissipation and other factors.

Component placement

Place the components on the circuit board according to the layout planning, considering the spacing and connectivity between components.

4. Wiring stage

Signal line wiring

Power line wiring

6. Test verification stage

Electrical Characteristics Test

EMC test
