What Is the Basic Operation Process and Management of Wave Soldering Machine?

I. Wave soldering machine welding preparation

1. Turn on the power, open the furnace heater.

2. Check whether the wave soldering machine time switch is normal.

4. Check whether the furnace temperature indicator is normal.

5. Check whether the preheater is normal, set the temperature is in line with the process requirements.

8. Check and adjust the specific gravity of the flux is in line with requirements.

9. Solder temperature reaches the specified value, check the height of the tin surface, if less than 15mm below the furnace, you should add solder in a timely manner, add attention to the batch to join, each batch does not exceed 5kg.

10. Clear the tin surface of the tin slag, clean and add anti-oxidant.

11. Adjust the angle of the transport track: according to the width of the PCB board to be welded, adjust the track width, so that the PCB board by the clamping force is moderate.

 

II. The wave soldering on the production operation process

1. Turn on the flux switch, foam when the foam adjustment board thickness of l / 2 place; spray requirements board surface uniformity, spray amount appropriate, generally to not spray component surface is appropriate.

2. Adjust the wind knife air volume, so that the excess flux on the board drops back to the foam tank, to avoid dripping to the preheater, causing a fire.

3. Turn on the transportation switch, adjust the transportation speed to the desired value.

4. Turn on the cooling fan.

 

III. The wave soldering machine welding after the operation process

1. Turn off the preheater, tin furnace wave, flux, transportation, cooling fan, foot cutter and other switches.

2. The flux in the foaming tank about two weeks of use needs to be replaced, and in the process of regular measurement.

3. After shutting down the machine need to wave machine, chain claw clean, spray nozzle with dilute flip soak and clean.
