1. Mask selective wave soldering
Mask selective wave soldering is a selective welding process that uses mask to expose the welding areas and cover the areas that do not need welding. It is widely used and suitable for the production of small and medium batch PCBA. A mask is also called a tray.
2. Mobile nozzle selective wave soldering
Mobile nozzle selective wave soldering is a single point wave soldering technology, using programmable solder nozzle to selectively weld insert components, suitable for less solder joints (≤30 points) choose the welding surface cloth has very complex SMD plate. Due to its very low welding efficiency (average 3s/ point), it is only used in the industry for the welding of the plate surface with large lead heat capacity and few total solder joints.
3. Fixed nozzle selective wave soldering
Selective wave soldering with fixed nozzles is a wave soldering technology with multiple fixed nozzles. Because of high processing cost of nozzles, it is suitable for mass production. This group selection welding technique is also called modular welding.
Advantages of Selective Wave Soldering Machine
1. Smaller equipment covers an area

Selection welding volume is small, sealing conditions are better than traditional wave soldering, nitrogen consumption is also much less.
6. No fixture expenses incurred
Choose welding own table, can adapt to all kinds of plate shape, do not need to do another fixture.
