In circuit design, there are always various power supply symbols. Today NeoDen has compiled twenty-seven commonly used power supply symbols to share with you, quickly collect them.
1. VBB: B can be thought of as the base of the transistor B, generally refers to the positive side of the power supply.
2. VCC: C can be thought of as the collector of the transistor Collector or Circuit Circuit, generally refers to the power supply.
3. VDD: D can be thought of as the drain of the MOS tube Drain or Device Device, generally refers to the power supply positive.
4. VEE: E can be thought of as a transistor emitter Emitter, generally refers to the negative side of the power supply.
5. VSS: S can be thought of as the source of the MOS tube Source, generally refers to the negative side of the power supply.
Where: V-Voltage
6. AVCC: (A-Analog), analogue VCC, generally analogue devices will have.
7. AVDD: (A-Analog), analog VDD, general analog devices will have.
8. DVCC: (D-Digital), digital VCC, generally in digital circuits.
9. DVDD: (D-Digital), digital VDD, generally in digital circuits.
Note: If there is no analogue-digital distinction between circuits or devices, then VCC and VDD are used.
10. AGND: Analogue GND, corresponding to the negative terminal of AVCC or AVDD.
11. DGND: Digital GND, corresponding to the negative pole of DVCC or DVDD.
12. PGND: (P-Power) power GND, such as DC-DC in the power ground and signal region.
Note: the above three power symbols, essentially GND, mainly for the PCB alignment needs, there are some single-point ground or multi-point ground processing, in order to avoid interference, only to distinguish.
13. VPP: also known as VPK, voltage peak-to-peak, for sinusoidal signals, that is, the peak voltage minus the valley voltage, the maximum value minus the minimum value.
14. Vrms: (rms-root mean squre, with the square root of the meaning), Vrms generally refers to the RMS value of the AC signal.
15. VBAT: BAT (BATTERY – short for battery), generally refers to battery voltage.
16. VSYS: SYS (SYSTEM – system), generally refers to the platform programme (such as MTK) system power supply.
17. VCORE: (CORE-Core), generally refers to the core voltage of CPU, GPU and other chips.
18. VREF: REF (reference – reference voltage), such as the reference voltage inside the ADC, etc..
19. PVDD: (P-Power), Power VDD.
20. CVDD: (CORE – core), core power VDD.
21. IOVDD: IO is GPIO, refers to the GPIO power supply VDD, CAMERA will be used inside the I2C communication pull-up power.
22. DOVDD: CAMERA used inside, from the external supply CAMERA, generally also analogue power.
23. AFVDD: (Auto Focus VDD – Auto Focus VDD power supply), CAMERA will be used inside, to the motor power supply.
24. VDDQ: DDR used inside the DDR, DDR has a DQ signal, can be understood as a power supply for these data signals.
25. VPP: used in DDR4, not in DD3, known as the activation voltage, the word bit line open voltage.
26. VTT: generally VTT = 1/2VDDQ, also used in the DDR, to provide power to some control signals.
27. VCCQ: generally used in NAND FLASH, such as mobile phones commonly used EMMC, UFS and other memories, generally to IO power supply.
