Temperature and humidity requirements and management methods of SMT workshop

There are clear requirements for temperature and humidity in SMT workshop. The importance of SMT for SMT will not be discussed here. Some time ago, 00 science and Technology Group invited our factory to improve the temperature and humidity control system of their SMT workshop, and planned to work out the temperature and humidity standard parameters and management standards of the workshop together with their engineers. It is now posted for the reference of SMT peers.

1、 Requirements of temperature and relative humidity in SMT workshop:
Temperature: 24 ± 2 ℃
Humidity: 60 ± 10% RH
2、 Temperature and humidity detection instrument:
Pth-a16 precision temperature and humidity inspection instrument
1. PT100 platinum resistance is used as temperature sensor to ensure the accuracy and stability of temperature measurement;
2. The relative humidity was measured by ventilation dry wet bulb method to avoid the influence of wind speed on humidity measurement;
3. Resolution: temperature: 0.01 ℃; humidity: 0.01% RH;
4. Overall error (electrical measurement + sensor): temperature: ± (0.1 ~ 0.2) ℃; humidity: ± 1.5% RH.

3、 Relevant regulations on environmental control in SMT workshop:
1. The parameter values are set by SMT engineering section according to product requirements and seasonal changes.
2. Location of daily temperature and humidity meter: electronic pointer type dry and wet bulb thermometer and hygrometer shall be placed in the most dense area of the machine, so as to collect the most significant temperature and humidity changes.
3. The recording cycle of the thermometer and hygrometer is set as 7 days, and the record sheet is changed at 7:30 a.m. every Monday. The replaced record forms are stored in a specific folder for at least one year. The new record form can be applied to the engineering department, and the start date must be indicated on the form. When the record sheet is replaced, the starting time of the record must be the same as that of the replacement form.
4. The switches of indoor air conditioning system and humidity control system (humidifier, humidifier) shall be handed over to the relevant personnel of Public Works Department, and personnel of other departments shall not use them without authorization.
5. The air outlet of reflow soldering must be cleaned once a month to prevent excessive water accumulation. 6. It is necessary to turn off the air blower switch of the air conditioning system on holidays and rest days, and require the public works department not to turn off the air outlet switch of the air conditioning system, so as to prevent condensation on the inner wall of the machine.
4、 Requirements for daily inspection of temperature and humidity
1. SMT engineering section is responsible for the inspection.
2. The inspection times are four times a day, which are 7:00 ~ 12:00; 12:00 ~ 19:00; 19:00 ~ 2:00; 2:00 ~ 7:00. (twice for day shift and night shift)
3. The results of each inspection shall be recorded in the prescribed form and signed with the name of the inspector.
4. If the temperature and humidity value on the temperature and humidity record sheet is within the required range, write “OK” in the two columns of “temperature condition > / humidity condition” in the attached table. If the value is not within the required range, write “ng” and the corresponding temperature and humidity exceeding standard value in the corresponding column of the attached table, and immediately notify the person in charge of SMT engineering department.
5. After receiving the notice, the person in charge of SMT engineering section shall immediately inform the person in charge of production section, and if necessary, ask for shutdown, and inform the public works section to check the air conditioning system and humidity control system.
6. After the temperature and humidity value returns to the required range, the person in charge of SMT engineering section shall immediately inform the production department to resume production.
7. Do not record the temperature and humidity on rest days or holidays.
