1. When installing pick and place Feeder, pay attention to whether the gland of Feeder is tight, so as not to damage SMT nozzle. When loading, tape and paper tape need to be distinguished to avoid bad adsorption.
2. When placing the Feeder on the pick and place machine, whether hook fastening should be paid attention to. If there is shaking after fastening, it should be replaced immediately.
3. If you see the Feeder parts scattered on the Z axis of the machine, you should inform the maintenance personnel immediately and start the machine after inspection. If it is a high-speed SMT Feeder, check whether the inner cover can be run in the opposite direction and replace it if possible. In the case of medium speed, check the Nozzle for wear and replace it if it is. Avoid unnecessary throwing.
4. If you don’t use SMT machine for a while, Feeder must buckle the top cover, as required back to Feeder storage rack. In the handling of the patch machine, the distance is close to the hand handling, the distance is far from the car handling, but the overlap of the machine should not exceed 3, so as not to deformation.
5. If there is a defect in the SMT machine, it should be labeled with red labels and sent to the maintenance department for processing by the maintenance personnel.
6. Other labels should not be affixed to the machine, and the cover should not be placed after use.
7. Important: If SMT mount machine Feeder finds any parts missing, do not use.
