1. Mechanical parts
1.1 Machine frame: equivalent to the bonder’s skeleton, supporting all the bonder’s components, including transmission, positioning and other structures.
1.2 Transmission structure: is the transmission system, the PCB transported to the designated platform position, after the patching and then by it will be PCB transmission to the next process;.
1.3 Servo positioning: support the mounting head, ensure the mounting head precision positioning, servo positioning decide the machine’s mounting accuracy.
2. Vision system
2.1 Camera system: to confirm the position of the identification object (PCB, feeder and components).
2.2 Monitoring sensors: the placement machine is equipped with a variety of types of sensors, such as pressure sensors, negative pressure sensors and position sensors, etc., they are like the eyes of the placement machine, always monitoring the normal operation of the machine.
3. Placement head
The mounting head is the key component of the mounting machine, it picks up the component and can automatically correct the position under the control of the calibration system, and will accurately paste the component into the PCB designated position.
4. Feeder
The electronic material will be provided to the mounting head in accordance with the order for the mounter to pick up accurately, the more the feeder, the faster the mounter’s placement speed on behalf of the mounter.
5. Computer software/hardware
The mounter needs to operate normally, the electronic components will be fast and accurate mount to the designated pad of the circuit board, are mounter technical operator to its pick up material programming, need through the computer to mounter programming control, command mounter efficient and stable operation.
