Routine maintenance and major maintenance specification for reflow oven

Regular proper maintenance of reflow oven can prolong the service life of reflow soldering machine, guarantee the normal operation of reflow soldering, and improve the production efficiency and product quality. Reflow soldering before maintenance need to prepare a vacuum cleaner, dust-free paper, cloth, brush, iron brush, cleaning agent, furnace cleaning agent, high temperature chain oil, anti-rust oil, alcohol.

Daily maintenance of SMT reflow oven:

1. Clean the appearance of reflow soldering. Check whether the appearance of reflow soldering is stained with dust.

2. Check the automatic oiler, check the storage of high temperature chain oil in the automatic oiler.

When the high temperature chain oil in the oiler is less than 1/3 of the container, add the appropriate high temperature chain oil to the container.

3. Check whether there are foreign bodies on the surface of the photoelectric switch at the entrance and exit of transportation.

Reflow oven maintenance content:

Stop reflow oven and cool to room temperature before maintenance.

1. Clean the exhaust pipe: clean the oil in the exhaust pipe with a rag and detergent.
2. clean the drive sprocket dust: clean the drive sprocket dust with a cloth and alcohol, and then rejoin the lubricating oil. Clean the inlet and outlet of reflow soldering, check whether there is oil or dust at the inlet and outlet of reflow soldering, and wipe clean with a rag.
3. the vacuum cleaner will be in the furnace flux and other dirty adsorption.
4. with a rag or dust-free paper dipped in the furnace cleaner will vacuum cleaner can not absorb the flux and other dirty wipe clean.
5. adjust the furnace lift switch to OPEN the furnace gas, observe whether the furnace outlet and top is covered with flux and other stolen goods, with a shovel to shovel the stolen goods, and then clean up the furnace cleaner.
6. check the upper and lower Blower hot air motor whether there is dirt and foreign bodies, such as dirt and foreign bodies can be removed with detergent cleaning quickly after rust removal.
7. Check the transmission chain to see whether the deformation is consistent with the gear, and whether the hole between the chain and the chain is blocked by a foreign body. If there is an iron brush, it can be removed.
8. Check the filter screen in the inlet and outlet exhaust box, take out the back sealing plate of the inlet and outlet exhaust box, take out the filter screen, put the filter screen into the cleaning solvent, clean it with a steel brush, and so on. After the cleaning of the surface of the filter screen, the solvent volatilized clean, insert the filter screen into the exhaust box, and install the sealing plate of the exhaust box.
9. Check the lubrication of reflow soldering regularly, such as the bearings of the machine head and the widened chain; Synchronous chain, tensioning wheel and bearing; Head transport chain over wheel bearing; Machine head screw and drive side bearings.

It should be noted that in order to avoid improper cleaning of the furnace, resulting in combustion or explosion, it is strictly prohibited to use high volatile solvents to clean the inside and outside of the reflow solder furnace.
