Placing machine six components

Generally we use the SMT machine is composed of six parts, the following is a brief explanation for you:

1. Working table: It is used as the basic components for the production, installation and support of the mount machine. Therefore, it must have sufficient support strength. If the support strength is poor, it will lead to the offset of the mount machine in the process of mounting.
2. SMT nozzle: nozzle is a very important part of the pick and place machine, its function is to pick up the mount components from the direction set by the system, and then mount the components in the set position of the circuit board. Different types of components require different sizes of suction nozzle and reverse suction, so in order to speed up our process of mounting and sucking, the mount machine has the function of manual or automatic replacement of nozzle.
3. System: The system is the “brain” of the SMT and the command center for all operations. Before we use the mount machine to mount the original, we need to set the system reasonably. Different brands of mount machine manufacturers use different systems. We can simply judge the quality of the mount machine according to the quality of the system.
4. SMT Feeder: Feeder, as the name implies, is a machine used to supply materials. And the excess components can be recycled and stored.
5. Plug head: it is the most complex and critical part of the whole machine. After we do the orientation correction, it needs to work with the suction nozzle to attach the component to the specified position accurately. It is composed of suction nozzle, centering claw, camera and other components of a comprehensive functional hardware.
6. Positioning system: positioning system has a great impact on the accuracy of our installation. Positioning system can quickly and accurately locate the position of the original. It is the “eye” part of the entire mount machine, and we often use it to check whether the position, condition or type of the component is accurate.
