1. Brand new patented peeling gadget
It’s simple but functional, it’s easy to install and flexible to remove. Compared with the peelers of TM240A, it doesn’t need to collect wasted film. Compared with the peelers of 3V, it solve the issue of unstability and offset issue.
2. Patented needle module
This new needle assembly is specially designed based on the linear rail with high reliability and durability. It is much more precise, sturdir and avoids being stuck by reels.
3. Dual vision system with built-in IC
Independent high-definition & high-speed dual vision recognition systems, as well as two cameras for real-time display the working status., the speed of processing components’ photos becomes more efficient and accurate.
4. Auto nozzle changer
It has 3 slots for nozzles replacement, which realizes maximum optimum of nozzles and achieve higher continuity of production.
