1. Small reflow oven temperature test tool

2. Thermocouple position and fixing method

3. Solder Paste Performance
In order to set the reflow temperature profile correctly, the performance parameters of the solder paste are also factors that must be considered. The high temperature of the reflow zone is determined according to the melting point of the alloy, i.e. 30-40°C above the melting point of the alloy. Secondly, we must also consider the temperature and duration of the activity of the solder paste in order to set the temperature and duration of the preheating zone to ensure that the reflow soldering flux still maintains good activity.
4. Reflow furnace structure
