1. Prepare tools and materials: Make sure you have the tools and materials you need, such as stencils, screwdrivers, spanners, etc. Also, clean the table and stencil to ensure that the surface is clean.
2. Place the stencil on the workbench: Place the stencil on the workbench and make sure it is positioned correctly. Normally, the stencil should be aligned with the conveyor belt of the printing machine.
3. Secure the stencil: Use screws and spanners to secure the stencil to the table. Ensure that the stencil is firmly in place and does not wobble or come loose.
4. Installing the stencil into the press: Install the stencil into the press. This usually involves removing some parts, such as the conveyor belt and brackets. The stencil is then placed in the appropriate position in the printing press.
5. Adjusting the stencil position: After the stencil has been installed in the press, it needs to be adjusted to ensure that it is in the correct position. Adjustment devices can be used to adjust the position and height of the stencil.
6. Test the press: After the stencil has been installed, it needs to be tested to ensure that it is working correctly. This can be done using the appropriate solder paste and test plates. If everything is in order, then you can start printing with the fully automatic solder paste printer.
