Eye diligence: Check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon during the operation of the machine. For example, the tape reel is not working, the plastic tape is broken, and the index is placed in an incorrect direction.
Ear diligence: Listen to the machine for any abnormal sound during operation. Such as placing head abnormal sound, falling pieces abnormal sound, emitter abnormal sound, scissors abnormal sound, etc.
Manual discovery of abnormalities in time to deal with. Operators can handle minor defects such as connecting plastic belts, reassembling feeders, correcting mounting directions and typing indexes.
The machine and circuit are defective, so it must be repaired by the repairer.
