3. Preheating: the SMT machine also needs preheating. We select preheat and preheat in the menu, and then select the time. It only takes about 10-15 minutes per machine.
4. Data: according to the prompts, we press the F2 key to obtain the production data, the system will provide you with a variety of data required to check whether the data is consistent.
5. Check: according to the prompts of the system, we start to check whether each configuration is correct, whether the positioning is correct, whether the feeding device is correct enough.
6. Production: at this time can let the SMT machine for production operation. First of all, our machine will be in a wait state. When the PCB board comes in, the machine will start production, check whether it is correct, and then choose to adjust reproduction or mass production.
7. End: After the production is completed, we choose to stop the SMT machine according to the prompt button of the system, then shut down the system, exit the system, return the machine to the origin, and then gradually shut down according to the prompt of the system.
