SMT equipment, commonly known as SMT machine. It is the key equipment of surface mount technology, and it has many models and specifications, including large, medium and small. SMT machine classification:

3. Sequential mounters, which typically use software to control Py moving countertops or moving head systems. To attach the components individually and sequentially to the printed circuit board. Typical cycle times range from.3 to 1.8 s per element.
4. Sequential/simultaneous mount machine, which features a software to control the donkey Y moving table system. The components are successively placed on the printed circuit board by multiple placement heads, and the typical placement time of each component is about 0.2s.
SMT equipment can also be classified according to the flexibility and production capacity of the equipment. The higher the flexibility, the lower the yield.
