Design and Prototyping
The first step in the electrical manufacturing process for metal boxes is design and prototyping. The design team works closely with the client to create CAD drawings that meet their specifications. Production and assembly

The electrical components are then fitted into the box and the box is assembled. The assembly process includes fitting the lid and any other accessories required.
Quality control

The quality control team checks dimensions, weld quality and electrical components to ensure that they meet the required standards. Any defects are identified and corrected before the product is shipped to the customer.
