1. Before PCB put into reflow oven welding, ensure that the pads of components and circuit boards are weldable (clean, no dirt, no oxidation, etc.).
2. Wear antistatic caps when processing and welding.
3. Wear ESD gloves during welding to avoid electric shock.
4. If the electric iron needs to be used every day, it should be controlled by a power socket switch, or equipped with a power switch on the electric iron power line, so as to avoid frequent plug and unplug resulting in loose plug and poor contact.
5. The electric iron head should not be immersed in flux for a long time, and other highly corrosive chemical industrial products should not be used as flux.
6. The electric iron with small power can not reach the heat sometimes, and the welding time is too long, which is easy to damage the electronic components. You can choose the electric iron with slightly larger power, and the heat is sufficient, which can reduce the welding time.
7. IC should be carried out last in the whole welding process, and the welding must wear an anti-static bracelet, the electric soldering iron must be reliably grounded.
8. After welding, wipe the residual flux on the circuit board with alcohol to avoid affecting the normal operation of the circuit.
9. After welding, power off and clean the table.
10. Replace the power cable after the electric soldering iron is used frequently for a period of time to prevent the root or internal fracture of the power cable.
