Anti-moisture and anti-static in the PCBA processing process is a critical link, directly affecting the performance and reliability of electronic products. In this paper, we will discuss the moisture-proof and anti-static measures in PCBA processing to ensure product quality and stability.

I. Moisture measures

1. Environmental control

PCBA processing workshop needs to maintain a relatively constant temperature and humidity, usually controlled at a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 40% -60% of the range. This is conducive to preventing the PCB board and components to absorb moisture, reduce the corrosion and impact of moisture on electronic components.

II. Anti-static Measures

1. Grounding protection
